1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another agreed method
4. Exchange Policy
If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
